Who We Are
Rooted in the Word.
Released into the World.
Active in Christ (GO) is an interdenominational discipleship ministry built on one conviction — every believer is called to go and make disciples.
Why We Exist
Active in Christ began with a simple but urgent question: Why do so many Christians know the truth of the gospel but live unchanged lives?
The answer, we found, is almost always a lack of intentional discipleship — the ongoing, practical process of being shaped by God's Word in the context of community and accountability.
Our ministry exists to close that gap — providing every believer with the tools, teaching, and community they need not just to believe in Jesus, but to actively follow Him in every area of life.
Our Mission
To equip believers across all denominations to grow in their personal walk with Christ and actively fulfill the Great Commission through discipleship, Scripture engagement, prayer, and service.
Our Vision
A church that does not merely attend services but actively disciples nations — starting in our homes, workplaces, and neighborhoods.
Core Values
Scripture First
Every resource, teaching, and decision is rooted in the authority and sufficiency of God's Word. The Bible is our final standard for faith and practice.
Prayer Dependence
We believe nothing of eternal value happens apart from prayer. We cultivate a culture of constant dependence on God through personal and corporate prayer.
Intentional Discipleship
Spiritual growth is not accidental. We are committed to deliberate, relational discipleship — one life investing in another, as Jesus modeled.
Great Commission Focus
We exist to equip believers to go beyond the church walls — sharing the gospel boldly and making disciples of all nations.
Unity in Christ
We are interdenominational and non-sectarian. We celebrate the diversity of the body of Christ while uniting around the essential truths of the gospel.
Servant Heart
Following Jesus means laying down our lives in service to others. We model servant leadership and encourage believers to serve their communities in His name.
What We Believe
The Bible +
We believe the Bible is the inspired, inerrant Word of God — the supreme authority in all matters of faith and conduct. (2 Timothy 3:16–17; 2 Peter 1:20–21)
God — Father, Son, and Holy Spirit +
We believe in one God, eternally existing in three Persons: Father, Son, and Holy Spirit — co-equal in nature, distinct in person. (Matthew 28:19; 2 Corinthians 13:14)
Salvation by Grace Through Faith +
We believe salvation is the gift of God, received by grace alone through faith alone in Christ alone. It cannot be earned by human effort or religious works. (Ephesians 2:8–9; Romans 10:9–10)
The Great Commission +
We believe every Christian is called to make disciples of all nations — teaching them to obey all that Christ commanded. This is not optional for the mature believer; it is the mandate for every follower of Jesus. (Matthew 28:18–20; Acts 1:8)
The Return of Christ +
We believe in the personal, visible, bodily return of Jesus Christ — and that this hope motivates us to live holy lives and urgently pursue disciple-making until He comes. (Acts 1:11; 1 Thessalonians 4:13–18)
